 The CS series is our ideal machine for bundle-cutting and heavy duty metal cutting for our customers due to the integration of servo feeding system on double column machines. The servo feeding system reduces the cutting length tolerance down to zero. User-friendly OMRON touch screen with NC control can save up to 100 different programs in order to cut up to 50 different length. Hydraulic top clamping provides bundle cuttings in profiles. By adding an hexagonal vise option, the machine is able to cut hexagonal package pipes, meanwhile saving our custumers’ time

We are proud to announce the XS series to the market in the metal industry where the cutting speed and blade life have become more important every day. We have added CNC cutting features with our servo landing system, our machines that catch zero error margin in cutting tolerances with servo feeding system. XS models with smart cutting system determine the optimum cutting parameters according to the type and size of the material and reduces the operator's requirement to the minimum to reach very short cutting speeds. Depending on the shape of the material, the CNC program, which adjusts the speed of descent according to the surface area falling on the blade, leaves behind the cutting speed at constant speed. Deflection sensor technology also extends the life of the blade against difficulties by adjusting the descent speed in the event of possible deflections from the deviation tolerances. Since the bow movement is reinforced on 3 linear guides to provide vibration-free cutting, XS series are perfect machines to use carbide tipped blades.They meet with our customers' expectations for both heavy metal cutting and bundle cutting.

~~Bekamak Twin-Pillar horizontal bandsaws have been designed to give a low cost compact and rugged machines.The bow is constructed in heavy gauge steel and mounted two chromed and grinding pillars offer a strong rigid sawframe, providing a high degree of accurancy when cutting. The machines are fitted with a removable coolant tank incorporating a submerged electric coolant pump which supplies coolant to both guide assemblies. These models can cope with most types of material.Blade guides with rollers and carbide pads provide precise support for the blade. Thermal overload and no-volt release are standart feature and the machines automatically switch off at the end of the cut and sawframe is lifted hydraulically up to the adjusted level.

PLC controlled horizantal bandsaws with linear guideways are ideal for mitre cuts with different quantities . With movement of bow it’s possible to cut between 90° and +30°. You can do 10 different programming (lenght and quantity) and can be watched on digital panel. Measurement is done by repeating the stroke accouring to 500 length stroke Cutting capacity at 90° is 540mm x 670mm for flat type and 540 mm for round shaped materials. With auto height adjustment sensors bow approachs the material with fast speed and hydraulic cutting control allows the bow go up over the material after the cut. All this process is controlled mechanical switch. Fixing the bow at any angle is controlled by hydraulical brake system and you can control it by another digital counter placed on main body of machine. As in all Bekamak products in BMSO 540CGH, safety is most important priority and all mechanical and electrical devices are set for best safety mesaures.
